About Gourmet Goat
Our dishes are all inspired by village dishes for which there are no recipes just watching and learning over the years as Nadia did with her grandmother – Mrs Elpiniki.
We use sustainable British ingredients including kid goat, rose veal, offal, vine-leaves, pulses, whey cheese and squid – winning the Sustainable Street Food Award and the Food Waste Award at the Urban Food Awards 2016.
Our flavour combinations are original and have been described by the judges of the BBC Food and Farming awards as “pitch perfect”.
