What makes them GOOD?
All the meat that chef David Royer prepares is free-range but he’s focussed on upping the proportion of vegetables on diners’ plates mostly using produce from the restaurant’s garden, now home to an organic orchard too. A children’s choir is just one of the local organisations supported by the restaurant.

About Les Orangeries
With the arrival in the kitchen of David Royer and his second in command Jean-Charles Gallot, both men being passionate about beautiful and delicious products, the restaurant really is in tune with the region’s Orangeries and its environmentally friendly way of life. All the vegetables used in the restaurant are organic, picked from its own vegetable garden with Ecocert certification since 2008. Working in perfect harmony with leading local farmers and market gardeners they offer the very best in seasonal, sustainable and predominantly organic agricultural produce. This locavore approach is completed by a wide variety of fair trade, organic tea and coffee and menus for natural wines, organic spirits and artisanal cheeses.
Avec l’arrivée en cuisine de David Royer secondé par Jean-Charles Gallot, deux passionnés de beaux et bons produits, la table est vraiment en résonnance avec le terroir des Orangeries et son art de vivre éco-responsable.
