Jar Kitchen firmly believe that good food starts with the sourcing of ingredients, which has led them to produce a locally-sourced menu, operating a farm-to-fork business. All ingredients are fully traceable; all meat is free-range; and all tea and sugar are produced to standards that incorporate fair trade and environmentally positive farming criteria. The restaurant provides its customers with information on the provenance of ingredients used, and promotes its ethical stance, as well as supporting charities such as Water Aid.
