The Sustainable Restaurant Awards 2015 saw Daylesford and the Captain’s Galley share the Most Sustainable Restaurant of the Year award whilst French hotel Les Orangeries was crowned International Sustainable Restaurant of the Year (again!).

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall was named as Raymond Blanc’s Sustainability Hero for his exemplary work bringing food-service sustainability to the public eye.
